NEGIN — Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At NEGIN, your satisfaction matters to us. We carefully check our jewelry before dispatch. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

2. Eligible Reasons

Returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements may be considered if:

- Your item arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive an item different from what you ordered.
- An item is missing from your order.

3. What Is Not Eligible?

For hygiene and product-care reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection by the customer, unless required by applicable law.

Items must not have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

4. How to Request Help

Please contact NEGIN on WhatsApp at 03222160377 within 7 days of delivery.

Please share:

- Your NEGIN order number.
- Clear photos or a short video showing the item and the issue.
- A photo of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged.

Please keep the original packaging until your request has been reviewed.

5. Refund, Replacement or Exchange

After reviewing your request, NEGIN will confirm whether a refund, replacement, or exchange is available.

- Replacement: We may send a replacement for an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect item, subject to availability.
- Exchange: An exchange may be offered for an eligible issue, subject to stock availability.
- Refund: If a replacement or suitable exchange is unavailable, or a refund is otherwise approved, we will explain the refund process and applicable timeline.

Refunds will be made through an agreed available payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange the refund.

6. Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to an item being damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by NEGIN, we will explain how the return or replacement shipping will be handled.

7. Important Note

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
