NEGIN — Shipping Policy

At NEGIN, we aim to deliver your favorite jewelry safely and reliably. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan, subject to courier service availability at your address.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch after order confirmation. Bank-transfer orders are processed once payment has been verified.

Processing may take additional time during sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

3. Delivery Time

Our estimated standard delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

4. Shipping Charges

- Standard Delivery: Rs 250 per order.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders of Rs 3,000 or more.

The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

5. Accurate Delivery Information

Please provide your correct name, phone number, and complete shipping address when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay delivery.

If you need to correct your address, contact NEGIN as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.

6. Order Tracking and Courier Contact

Where tracking details are available, they may be shared after dispatch. The courier may contact you on your provided phone number to coordinate delivery.

Please remain available to receive your parcel and respond to courier calls.

7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number. We will help you check the shipment status with the courier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact NEGIN within 7 days of delivery at WhatsApp 03222160377.

Share your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Please keep the original packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Eligible cases will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
